Your PV system reacts to the electricity price. Automatically.
Flex EMS follows the Swiss spot price for every quarter hour. When it drops below zero, Flex EMS limits your system's feed-in through the manufacturer's cloud and releases it again as soon as the price rises. No device on site.

The Swiss electricity market
On the day-ahead market, electricity is traded for every hour of the next day. On sunny days with low consumption, the price drops below zero more and more often. Electricity flowing into the grid then has a negative value.
13 % of Swiss solar power was produced in these hours in 2024, 17 % in 2025.
Data: Energy-Charts (Fraunhofer ISE). Swiss day-ahead prices: Bundesnetzagentur | SMARD.de, CC BY 4.0. Swiss solar production: ENTSO-E. Own analysis.
